... Craig guesses that she's doing this for Paul's sake but she denies she wants to be with him. Emily chats with Paul about a murder suspect being caught at the hospital which clears her. He again states that he will have Meg back...

... Paul then calls Meg about Holden being in the clear. Upset that she and her fellow cops followed him, Holden tells Margo about Lily being held hostage with Lucinda...

... In the small room at Memorial, Evan vows to inject Lily with the poisonous drug cocktail he's concocted but Lucinda pleads with Evan to give up. Chris hears the noise in the hallway and can't believe that Evan is the killer who poisoned Bob...

... Chris tries to convince Evan to surrender but fails. Holden calls to get the WOAK chopper over to the hospital roof so Evan can get to the airport. Up on the rooftop, Lily grabs Evan's arm and during the struggle, he is stabbed with the syringe and eventually dies...

... Lucinda regrets her involvement with Evan while Chris blasts Emily for accusing him of poisoning his father. Emily apologizes but he tells her he never wants to see her again...

... Paul comforts Meg after the hostage ordeal is over but she reminds him she will never be with him.Talking about having sex for the first time, Noah and Luke consider what it will be like for them...
