Recap

Anthony goes to interview a witness, the grandmother to make sure they are prepared to testify in court. When the grandmother isn’t home, a neighbor tells Anthony she’s next door at the massage parlor. When Anthony goes to check it out, he walks in on two men arguing and gets shot, but manages to shoot one of them in the leg. Danny investigates, but internal affairs gets involved because they think Anthony was at the massage parlor for other reasons. 

Danny and Baez find the man who was shot and he admits that the grandmother is actually a drug courier working for the Double Tres out of the massage parlor. When they follow the grandmother, they end up in a gunfight, but manage to arrest her. 

Nicky signs up to take the exam to join the NYPD. But Erin is upset. The job is dangerous and it takes a toll. She’s even more upset that Frank, Henry, and her brothers are so encouraging. Eventually, Erin decides to support Nicky no matter what she decides. 

Jamie is reprimanded when he disobeys his superior when Jamie takes the lead in helping secure developmentally disabled man who has stolen a police car. When Eddie tries to defend Jamie’s actions, the superior mocks her by calling her Jamie’s girlfriend. Eddie and Jamie both end up being suspended. 

When Frank realizes how boring thethe NYPD Explorers club curriculum is, he has Jamie and Eddie come and speak to the teenagers considering becoming cops.

 

Eddie’s date isn’t calling her back and she doesn’t know why. Eventually she finds out that it’s because she talks to much about Jamie. Eddie and Jamie flirt over fortune cookies in which they add the phrase “between the sheets” to the end of their fortunes.
