Blue Bloods Season 12 Episode 12 revolves around Reagans butting heads with one another.

When Jamie arrests a driver who has 32k in his back seat and may be involved with drugs, Joe turns up and says the guy is an FBI informant. However, Jamie disapproves of the FBI's plan to threaten the suspect's family to get him to cooperate and refuses to turn the suspect over. Later, the suspect does agree to work for the FBI, but only if Jamie is his point person. Joe resents this, while Jamie feels Joe is nothing like his father was.

Meanwhile, Erin and Eddie also butt heads when Eddie discovers an accused rapist she arrested is back out on the street within hours and that the DA's office is declining to prosecute. Eddie is offended when Erin says there's not enough evidence to press charges and Erin kicks her out of her office. Later, Eddie blindsides Erin by bringing the survivor to her office without warning to tell her story. Erin doesn't appreciate that.

Finally, Frank is at odds with his old friend Archbishop Kearns when Kearns reveals that a murderer confessed to him but won't break confidentiality to tell Frank who it is.
