Blue Bloods Season 13 Episode 17 revolves around Frank's divided loyalties when Baker is accused of misconduct.

While at a retirement party at a bar, Sid gets into it with a drunk cop who walks into him and spills his drink. Abigail stops it from getting physical, but Luca tries to throw a punch at Sid so Abigail knocks him to the ground.

The next day, Frank mentions that he heard about a scuffle at the party. He knows Sid and Abigail were there -- what happened? Sid gives vague answers and Abigail admits she decked Luca. Frank says it's an automatic investigation and suspends Abigail.

Sid and Garett want Frank to help Abigail but Frank says he can't interfere in the investigation and that they can't either. They're angry at him for not helping Abigail.

Frank talks to Danny and Jamie about it and they encourage him to forget what everyone thinks and find a solution.

Meanwhile, when reporters at a press conference harass Crawford about her husband's alleged affair, Erin is disgusted and decides to have Anthony look into who is starting these rumors. However, Crawford gets extremely angry at Erin for minding her business, especially after Anthony discovers the rumors are true.
