Amy and Jake hang out while Jake works on a case at the hospital since their first anniversary is coming up.

They have a date in one of the hospital rooms and talk about highlights from their time as a married couple.

Amy mentions to a patient named Pam that they're going to start having kids soon and Jake is caught off guard as he doesn't want kids.

Jake and Amy have a formal debate and Captain Holt is the judge. Jake admits that he's scared to be a father and he doesn't want to bring a kid into the world unless he's 100% certain it's the right call.  

Amy tells Jake that she needs an answer so she doesn't have to start over in two years. 

Terry and Rosa come to the hospital to help with the case. Amy goes with Rosa and Jake goes with Terry. Terry advises Jake not to have kids unless he knows it's what he wants.

Amy and Rosa take down a suspicious man in the waiting room and Jake finds Pam with a bomb. 

Pam says her grand-daughter would get $500,000 if she detonated it, but Jake talks her out of it. 

Jake tells Amy that he's been thinking and he does want to have kids with her.
