- The first victim, Valerie, is found dead and looked terrified. She had received a package of a DVD that said after three days she would die.
- A second victim pops up with the same situation.
- The link between the two was that they had testified in a serial killer court case years ago. A third witness receives the DVD. Turns out that a man was falsely identified before the real killer was caught. The three who had falsely identified the man received the DVD. The daughter was doing the killing in revenge.
