Sharon and Daniel talk about the 2.0 ads everywhere. Daniel goes when he sees Liliana, who offers to make dinner for him at her apartment tonight. Meanwhile, Maggie is having a hard time since Ben left her.

A woman comes in with her developmentally disabled grandson, possibly autistic. He won't let the doctors treat her and wants to go home. Grandma says she needs him to stop this. He says he's sorry and cries.

Archer is skeptical of the donuts, coffee maker, etc that Dayton has left the staff. He is interrupted by a car crash victim coming in.

Alexander apologizes. Cuevas takes him to the vending machine so Charles and a resident can talk to the grandmother. She has broken a hip and has weak bones. She says she has stage 4 lymphoma that she has decided not to treat. She might only have a few months. Alexander doesn't know. Charles tells her she needs surgery for her hip. She doesn't want it as she has to take care of Alexander. It's always been just him and her. No one she knows wants to take him on and she's the only one who can calm him down. Alexander returns and asks if he can have some type of junk food.

Halstead talks to a swimming student who lost consciousness at the pool. She is a record-setting swimmer. Will orders tests. She wants to meet Jack Dayton as she is a developer and a fangirl.

Marcel sees a patient with Chron's disease who needs to have a feeding tube but doesn't want that. Can't he have an esophageal transplant? Marcel says he can reconstruct one but it will be complicated and he thinks it's too risky. Roy doesn't know how much longer he can go on like this. Dr. Duvrey has overheard and wants to use 2.0 for this. Marcel says no. Duvrey says this is the perfect test case for 2.0 (didn't that happen already with the last surgery?)

Sophia's dad is here now. Sophia wants the coach to stay. Will says her tests came b ack normal but he wants to check for a rare disorder that causes arrythymias. He wants to do an EKG test for the syndrome.

Lieu tells Archer that there's a spleenic crack. They need to extubate and observe overnight. Brandon asks if Tiffany is okay. They don't know who Tiffany is. He says she is in labor -- where is she?

No one has seen Tiffany. Brandon insists it's real. He shows them phone tracking that shows that Tiffany's phone is by the crash site. He shares a photo with Lieu who promises to find Tiffany.

Archer asks a nurse to inform the police. Lieu says he has experience with search and rescue. Archer lets him go look and asks Asher to help.

Duvrey uses 2.0 to create a hologram that Marcel can practice surgery on. He is skeptical. Duvrey says 2.0 can imitate what will happen during Roy's surgery. She convinces Marcel to give it a try.

Will runs the test on Sophia. It shows she has the syndrome. She needs a pacemaker and will have to avoid swimming for 6 weeks, but that will stop her from competing. Will doesn't think they should wait. Sophia says her dad doesn't understand. She needs to compete so she can go to the Olympics next year. Will says he will get someone from cardiology.

Charles has found a guardian for Alexander but Alexander has collapsed and appears to have overdosed on opioids. Narcan brings him back. He asks what happened. He says he doesn't feel good.

The search begins. The sheriff has brought a drug sniffing dog in case it can find the pregnant woman.

2.0 says the reconstruction is impossible. Duvrey asks it for the prognosis. 48% chance of success, but 2.0 is programmed to deny surgeries with less than 50% chance of success. Duvrey overrides the setting and 2.0 tells Marcel how to do the surgery.

Alexander says he doesn't know what happened and doesn't remember eating anything strange. He says he doesn't eat anything without Grandma's permission. He says Grandma opened the surgery.

Sophia has petitioned for emancipation so she can sue to stop the procedure. She goes to boarding school on a swimming scholarship so it might work.

The coach has spoken to a friend who says Sophia can compete with an external defilbirator. Sharon tells Will to step back.

Martha admits to trying to kill Alexander. He doesn't do well in group home settings. She didn't see another solution.

The dog barks so Asher and Lieu go one way and the dog goes the other. Lieu tells Asher he doesn't think a dog trained to find drugs could find a missing person. He finds evidence that Tiffany went down the trail he is on.

Marcel does the surgery. He finds the small bowel may be better. 2.0 says no. Marcel disagrees and decides to remove the esophagus.

Will thinks Jack might be able to help as she is a fangirl. Jack says he has a plane to crash. Will says why did you buy the hospital if you don't care about the people in it? He storms off.

Asher and Lieu find Tiffany and begin rescuing her. Lieu radios the sheriff. Tiffany is in labor and is disoriented. Asher begins examining her and says she's dilated and needs to deliver right now.

Cuevas brings Alexander to see Martha. He wants to go home. Martha says she can't go home. She tells him she's very sick and cannot get better. Alexander wants to stay here with her. She tells him she can't take care of him. She wants him to trust Dr. Charles. He wants his grandma. She needs him to let someone else take care of him. She tells him she loves him. Charles has a strange look on his face.

Tiffany delivers a baby girl.

Sophia's discharge paperwork is complete. Jack shows up and says he wants to get to know the patients in his hospital.

Tiffany and the baby are brought into the hospital. She thanks Asher. Archer tells them nice work.

Cuevas says Alexander and his guardian are getting along.

Jack tells Will that he explained to Sophia he used to play basketball and turned to computers when he couldn't play anymore. Will apologizes for how he spoke to him. Jack appreciates a straight shooter who is dedicated to his patients.

Marcel says Roy will be thrilled to eat real food. He says 2.0 and Duvery are to thank for this.

Maggie tells Sharon that Vanessa and Ben are both gone.

Charles has his date and says Liliana's Granny knew what she was doing with this recipe He apologises for being glum. She understands. She sings as she washes the dishes. Charles loses himself in the music.
