Liliana runs into Charles. They are about to kiss when Pavel shows up in a car and makes obnoxious comments about how Charles is too busy to be with Liliana. Liliana says Pavel used to be a lawyer in Poland and can't adjust to his status in the US.

Maggie is still looking for a new job and is using Sharon of a reference.

At the coffee shop,  Hannah thinks that a server has a crush on Sean. Sean says they're just friens. All he cares about is the kidney donation.

Maggie is unable to reassure Doris, who is worried about layoffs. A patient arrives who won't leave the ambulance. Maggie tries to talk to her and the woman accuses her of being on the payroll of Big Pharma and says if she comes in the hospital they will inject her with a virus so that she'll need mes the rest of her life.

Maggie gets Charles. Jan thinks that psychiatrists call people crazy when they don't play along. He tells Jan they have a protocol for protection against gamma rays and she agrees to come in. Charles tells Maggie to get with certain X-ray techs.

A guy named Tim comes in with stomach pain and his wife insists that it's worse than he says it is. They argue. He is losing a lot of weight. Archer orders tets.

Construction in the hospital is interfering with Sharon's ability to concentrate. George tells her that Jack has decided to take the entire floor for a VIP suite. George is sorry no one told her. Sharon won't accept that.

Jan is in but Maggie wants to know how they can run tests without X-rays or other scanners.

Richard, the cancer patient who used OR 2.0, is back. He tripped and hurt his ankle. He tells Will privately he has no appetite and is weak. He thinks his cancer is back. He can't bring himself to tell his wife.

Archer's patient has a hole in his stomach. Routine surgery is required. He tells his wife to go for a walk instead of staying nearby.

Jan tells Charles vaccines are all suspect. She claims her skin discoloration is the lighting and refuses to let him test her blood. She says that she read they gave people HIV as a form of population control and the CIA is responsible. Charles gets her to give him her phone to look at online research but really looks at her settings. She wants to go home. He convinces her to let them stitch up her hand. She doesn't want IVs or scans.  He got her real name off her phone and tells Maggie to look at her medical history.

Marcel comes to see Richard and Vicki. They have bad news -- the cancer is back and is now in his liver. Vicki asks why didn't Richard tell her? He didn't want to face it. Marcel thinks they can use OR 2.0 to defeat cancer again.

Archer finds a tapeworm but it ducks back the body... somewhere.

Will is pissed to find out that OR 2.0 has been reserved by a rich guy who isn't even in town. George says are we sure Evans can pay? Sharon says this is a necessary follow-up and the bill can be forgiven. George wants to tell Jack but Sharon won't let him.

Charles has found out that Jan's sister broke her arm and they found pancreatic cancer and died soon after, so Jan thinks that the hospital made her sister sick.

Will finds out that the ED has been told not to take people without insurance, which is illegal. Will decides to talk to an uninsured patient and implies he should pretend he has chest pain so that it's the type of emergency they have to treat regardless of ability to pay.

Asher takes Sean to eat at one of the food trucks.  Tim's wife doubles over in pain and Asher runs to her/. Asher realizes Pam is in labor. Pam had no idea she was pregnant.. Sean stays with her while Asher goes to get the wheelchar.

Archer is looking for the tapeworm. He finds it and says he has to get it out slowly before it regenerates.

Jan freaks out because someone else had an X-ray. Maggie tries to talk to her about her sister but Jan won't listen. Charles makes Maggie stop and Maggie insists Jan needds screening. Charles said it's gotta be her decision. Maggie storms off.

Archer wonders why Tim's wife isn't picking up while he gets a very long tapeworm out.

Pam says this makes sense. She has PCOS and can't get pregnant. Sean helps coach her through the labor.

The baby is born at the same time as Archer removes the tapeworm.

Marcel begins the surgery in 2.0. 2.0 takes a long time calculating an appears to get stuck at first.

Tim says he and Pam went to Thailand and he ate everything. But that was a long time ago so Archer says it could have been more recent. Pam comes with the baby. Tim is very confused. He cries happy tears and he holds the baby.

Jan doesn't really like using the wheelchair but she agrees to use it to get out of it. As he wheels her out, Charles says he was thinking about how doctors used to think cigarettes were good for you. He says he just wants to say the last couple years have been hard for a lot of people. Jan says she misses er sister. Charles offers to refer to an MSW he knows in case she decides she wants to talk to someone. She say sokay, takes the card and leaves. Maggie isn't happy. Charles thinks that Jan taking the card is a win. Maggie apologizes for taking it personally earlier.

Archer ges to lunch with Sean and Asher. Somehow they're able to hear the tapeworm story while eating. Hannah goes to check on Pam. Sean wants to go the gift shop. Sean tells Archer how enamored he is with Hannah. Archer is concerned that it's too soon for Sean to have a relationship with anyone. Sean knows but he trusts her and feels good around her.

Marcel tells Vicki the cancer surgery went well. However, Richard isn't waking up and they realize he might have had a stroke.

Sharon tells Maggie she got a call from a recruiter and sang her praises.

Arhcer and Asher talk about this crazy day. Asher has put a fake sanke in Archer's locker.  She has to wipe up his shirt and of course Sean comes along and gets the wrong idea.

Pavel is hanging around the h ospital and tells Charles he used to have his name on the wall too but that's the past. Charles offers to help him get a job and Pavel says he is not one of his patients. Charles ins not upset but Liliana is.

Richard will never wake up. Vicki has decided to discontinue life support.

Sharon goes to check on Marcel, who says 2.0 didn't indicate anything was wrong. So this had to be on him. Sharon knows how awful it feels but she also knows that sometimes patients just don't survive. period.
