- Voight has flashbacks to Anna and how he put her in danger. It's still eating him up. He keeps thinking about how he has nothing left but the job.
- Hailey and Halstead show up to the chief's office, meeting Burgess, Ruszek, and Trudy. They're all wearing their blues. Trudy wonders where Voight is and they discuss how he's been going off on his own doing things by himself.
- Voight isn't at the meeting with the others because he's doing some private patrol and presumably checking up on Anna's son and scoping things out.
- The unit is getting honored for the big bust and take down of Los Temidos while Voight is at the bar.
- Voight hems up a guy because he wants to ensure that no one else is taking over the neighborhood.
- The unit gets the valor medal.
- While talking to the guy, someone calls ut for help and the young boy who was hanging out before is overdosing. Voight rushes to take the kid to the hospital with the civilian who was calling for help.
- Will, Jay's brother, is the one who respnods to the call.
- HAILEY IS UPSET THAT THEY DIDN"T EVEN MENTION Anna in all of this.
- Halstead tries to get Voight to call Narcotics in for this case, but Voight doesn't want to do it.
- They hit up a corner store where he allows people to shoot up in the basement.
- Voight presses them on where to find the drugs and Halstead finds the boy's parents who are high as a kite.
- Voight wants to get them sober to let them know that their son died.
- Voight has them taking on the kid case instead of the carjacking they're supposed to be investigating and Voight still hasn't seen the chief who has been wanting to see him.
- Hailey warns Halstead that he can't keep trying to help Voight through this without changing too.
- They pull in the guy Voight was pressing earlier because he showed up when Enzo was dealing.
- Voight offers to pay Davey 20 grand just to be an informant.
- Hailey is concerned about Voight going off the deep end.
- Voight orders them to find someone else to go undercover to approach Enzo and Halstead finds Torres at the gym.
- Things go well with Enzo wanting to sell to Torres. Enzo wants to move but Hailey doesn't want it to happen and Voight tells them to let it happen.
- Hailey doesn't like things when they head into a house and feels like they're about to get ripped off. Hailey gets closer in case things go awry against Voight's orders.
- Hailey makes a gate squeak and Enzo hears it as they try to maek a deal. He starts shooting out the window.
- they have to move in and Enzo gets away. Torres shows them all the heroin they found which means Hailey blew the deal.
- Hailey tries to talk things out with Voight and tells him that she made a call because he hasn't been making them well and that he's dragging the unit and Jay down with him.
- They get a lead on where Enzo is.
- Voight pays Davey
- Enzo is shooting out of the window when they arrive and they have to chase him down.
- Enzo barricades himself into a house and claims he has hostages. they don't have eyes on anything and eventually Voight takes the risk to go through the back. Hailey questions his every move but voight gets through to create a diversion and kills Enzo.
- The tension with Hailey and Voight is thick. They finally talk it out and Voight tells her that she can't be his and Halstead's keeper.
- Chief O'Neill stops by the office and talks to Hank. He gives him his award, tells him he'll give him a long leash, let Torres join, and that he got Anna's payment pushed through to her son but Voight has to give up the block and focus on the whole city.
