Recap
- Kim hears a car backfire while she's cleaning up at the house with Mac and Ruzek, and she is transported back tko when she was shot.
- She has a panic attack.
- Adam tries to reassure her. Kim goes to therapy to talk about the episodes she's been having since she got shot.
- She tells her therapist that a case brought it back up for her and her therapist mentions PTSD.
- She seems to call Kim out for everything and it makes her feel too vulnerable.
- Adam shows up at her appointment to pick her up and asks her to talk to him and not to push him away.
- They hear gunshots and it's at the subway. They both go running to the scene.
- Kim sees the person who has been shot stumbling around, and she follows him on the train, Adam, too.
- Kim finds the man who got shot, figures he's about 18 and goes looking for him. They walk through the train in search of him.
- The kid tells Kim that the man who shot him is on the train.
- Adam searches the other train and finds the shooter and chaes after him.
- The train throws everyone around and they're stuck in the dark.
- The perp hopped off the train and Adam goes looking for him on the tracks.
- The kid tells Kim to find the shooter before he dies.
- Kim starts having a panic attack and has shaky hands. She hears the gunfire outside from the shooter and Adam engaging and she freaks out and hunkers down with the victim
- Adam hears Kim screaming in the middle of another panic attack and searches for her. He talks her through another panic attack and reminds her that she's not shot.
- She's still on the bus at the scene when the team and foresneces arrives, and she's not ready to talk about what happened and is laser focused on the case.
- everyone notices that Kim seems off
- Kim finds a bag tag piece from an airport and finds the flight which helps her ID the boy, they find out that the offender who killed him is Jamie, the kid's uncle.
- They find the house where Aaron Bagley is and find his wife sleeping and interrogate her about where her husband is.
- They find Jamie's suitcase at the house even though the wife said he never stayed there.
- Kim pieces together that the parents must have done something to their son Lucas and when Jamie found out they killed him for it.
- Kim finds a trap door in the garage Burzekwater were searching and finds where Lucas was held but he's gone.
- Kim finds Aaron's truck at the park that she and Ruzek are searching and approaches it. she finds a shovel in the back but the truck is empty.
- She searches the area and finds Lucas stuck in a well. she goes in after him. But Aaron starts shooting into the well before they can climb up.and he covers the entrance.
- Kim has another panic attack and her hands are shaking so bad she can't work her radio which she drops.
- She tries to make a call but it doesn't go through and she has to talk herself through her panic attack.
- Kim tries to get out, and the sounds of gunshots almost stop her but she manages to crawl out of the well even though Aaron stuck rocks on it.
- They save Lucas.
- Kim returns to her therapy sessions.
