Chucky is still roaming the hospital ... until Caroline's dad throws him in the trash.

He gets caught in all the needles and laughs about it.

Devon, Jake, and Lexy work together to try locate him in the hospital waste, but he's gone.

Lexy finds the doll at her house and he's dead.

The kids go to the house and destroy the doll and think things are all over.

Then, Caroline gets a new doll and Lexy thinks it's Chucky, but it's dead and has a different name.

The kids are ecstatic thinking they can go back to normal.

Chucky breaks in and swaps places with this new doll.

In a hotel room, Nica is still possessed by Charles, while her and Tiffany are killing people for their satisfaction. This causes some problems because Tiffany rushes off in a mood that Charles will not take her out.

Nica comes lucid and tries to save the man, but she does not have the power in her legs after being disabled.

She can only walk when Charles has control of the body, and he returns in time to kill the man before Nica lets him escape.

Nica is terrified about what this means.
