This was a simple and ridiculous episode of Community.

As a punishment for coming up with a butt flag to represent Greendale, Jeff and the study group were asked to clean up a flight simulator the dean wanted to show to the press in order to compete with City College this week. But, of course, our favorite misfits got stuck inside and the simulator got towed. They were in serious trouble!

Fortunately, Abed (who was upstairs getting his astronaut suit on during the time of the towing) helped navigate his friends back to safety. They worked together and ended up returning to campus just in time to be greeted as heroes and for Greendale to one-up its rival university.

It was all a take-off on Apollo 13.
