Flashback to Jet's last case, figuring out the dirty cop working with Udai Taxim. He and his partner, Fad, track down Taxim.

Jet gets him cornered in an alley but is blindsided and shot.

In the present, a prison transport crashes and bounties are posted for all the escapees. Jet sees Taxim is one and decides to get answers finally.

Jet tells Spike and Faye to team up while he's gone and bag some bounties.

Jet calls up Fad and they meet up.

Spike and Faye have a hard time picking a bounty to go after.

Vicious and Julia prepare for the meeting with Mao. Mao's requested Julia be there as insurance.

Spike and Faye continue to debate bounties while most of the bounties are being bagged by other cowboys.

Jet and Fad visit an informant and shake him down for intel then detonate a smoke bomb to put Chalmers and his partner off the scent.

Faye and Spike compare big bounties in their past.

Jet and Fad figure out Taxim is stowing away in a container to get off-planet.

Mao is irate with Vicious for the death of Gunther, her best assassin. Spike killed him but Vicious avoids mentioning the Fearless is alive in front of Julia. Vicious proposes that he, Mao, and Santiago (aka The Eunuch) overthrow the Elders.

Vicious offers a good deal but Mao says no. She says she'll change her mind if Julia sings for her. He refuses and calls off the deal. He goes to leave but Julia sings for Mao.

Spike gives Faye props for her bounty hunting and her shower-bath-shower advice.

Jet and Fad search the sorting yard for Taxim. Jet finds him and Fad kills him, revealing that he was the dirty cop all this time. Jet kills him in self-defense and Chalmers and his partner roll up.

Chalmers admits he knew Fad was dirty. He tells Jet the report will be that Fad and Taxim killed each other and urges Jet to leave before the other cops arrive.

Julia tries to placate Vicious, explaining he needed Mao once he'd told her his plan.

Afterward, she puts the pieces together and realizes Fearless is alive.
