Recap

Now that he's essentially moved in, Rebecca really wants Josh to spend some time with her, but he always seems to have other plans that she isn't a part of.

In an attempt to hang out with him, Rebecca lies and says that she's a former ping-pong pro, and gets him to invite her to a "guys night."

Paula needs Rebecca to write a letter of recommendation for her application to law school, which Rebecca says she'll write without hesitation. Darryl also writes one for Paula, but she refuses it, hurting his feelings, because she'd rather have one from Rebecca.

When Rebecca gets too caught up in her own schemes to impress Josh, she forgets about Paula's letter. Paula ends up being grateful that Darryl wrote her a letter, and sends it in with her application.

Greg tells his friends that he is an alcoholic. While everyone has different reactions to the news, Josh Chan makes Greg's alcoholism his own fault, and selfishly tells him about his relationship with Rebecca.

Greg disappears, and his friends fear that he's turned back to the bottle, but Rebecca finds Greg along in a the park, and they have an honest conversation about the events that led to their breakup and what they both want moving forward.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Season 2 Episode 2 Quotes

I wanted to tell you myself, but I didn't know where you were. I got a single text from you and then you disappeared for a month.

Rebecca

The funny thing is - and not haha funny, sad funny - the reason I got a DUI is because I was driving over the next morning to tell you that I loved you. But I blew my shot, and that's my fault. Life went on without me. And you and Josh? You should be happy together. You're happy, right?
