On Criminal Minds Season 10 the BAU is called to investigate the bombing of a coffee house, in which a hero named Allen Archer saves the life of a pregnant woman. They are called in because this is the second bombing - the previous one had targetted a school.

A forensic analysis shows that the bomb shouldn't have created so much damage - but that it had hit a natural gas line, which greatly enlarged the blast.

After another bomb scare, the team realizes that Archer and his family are in danger, as he's taking media attention away from the bomber who now wants to kill him. They put the family into protective custody.

During the course of their investigation, the team discovers that Allen's wife was formerly married to his best friend named Grant Ford, who died in Afghanistan. They also discover that Ford's Navy Seal specialty was explosive ordnance.

They also realize there's more than one bomber.

Meanwhile, Reid and Rossi meet a brilliant new forensic specialist named Dylan Einstein, who assists in the investigation.
