Dunn and Finley set a trap for the kidnappers and they follow Koz. They believe they have found the kids, but they were set up. Dunn and Finley end up catching a break and follow Koz to a storage facility. Finley and Koz fight, but the Secret Service agent lets Koz go in exchange for the location of a student.

Meg finds out that her company was responsible for the drugs that the soldiers took. She meets with Jonas, but turns him over to the CIA. In exchange she finds out that Francis Gibson is the kidnapper.

Kyle starts a fire in an attempt to escape. Beth Anne tells her father about the plan and he doesn't stop Kyle. Instead Gibson approaches Kyle to help him with a plan.

Dunn and Finley reach out directly to the kidnappers regarding the killings.
