Recap

This episode of Dancing with the Stars featured musical artist, Pitbull, as a guest judge. Pitbull also offered a lively performance to get the show started.

And filling in for Erin Andrews as co-host this week was former contestant, Leah Remini.

Pitbull chose the songs for each couple this week, including music from Earth, Wind & Fire and Rihanna.

The couples were happy to be reunited with their original partners for dances including Salsa, Foxtrot, and Jazz.

On the most improved list for this episode was Jonathan Bennett, who for the past several weeks had gotten low scores and harsh comments from the judges. This week, his Jazz showed a vast improvement.

Janel and Val danced a fun Samba that was criticized by judges for a lack of passion, and Tommy and Peta's Foxtrot was entertaining to watch despite a few missteps.

Antonio and Cheryl's Salsa failed to please the judges, while Sadie and Mark's Rumba was called "tasteful," "beautiful," and "elegant."

Lea and Artem's Salsa disappointed the judges and showed a lack of confidence that Lea hasn't shown before.

Michael also made the most improved list this week, getting strong praise from the judges for "daring to dance."

Bethany and Derek continued to impress the judges this week with a near perfect Tango, but at the top of the leader board this week was Alfonso and Witney with a Salsa that they worked so hard on, they both ended up with injuries.

The couples in jeopardy this week were Janel and Val, Jonathan and Allison, and Michael and Emma. One of these couples was eliminated this week, and it may not be who you'd expect.
