Recap

It's the semi finals!

This week on Dancing with the Stars, the remaining couples performed in three rounds of competition. With one couple having to withdraw from the competition, the remaining four couples not only did their traditional routines and some fabulous trio dances, but they also participated in a dance off challenge.

Bindi and Derek began the night with a Salsa that earned a score of 27. Later, they performed a trio routine with Mark Ballas that earned a perfect score of 30.

Alek and Lindsay danced a Waltz in the first round of competition, earning a perfect score of 30. Later, they performed a trio with Emma Slater than earned a score of 27.

Carlos and Witney performed a Contemporary routine in the first round, earning a score of 28. Then, they danced a trio routine with Karina that earned a score of 29.

Nick and Sharna danced a Tango that earned a score of 24 in the first round. For their trio with Peta, they performed a Salsa that earned a perfect score of 30.

The elimination ceremony made it seem as though either Nick and Sharna or Bindi and Derek would be eliminated. However, because Tamar and Val had to withdraw, it was announced that all four couples would move on to the finals.
