Andy owns up to the fact that there is a gene in his family, known as the serial killer gene. 

Laurie is livid that her husband kept it to her for years. 

She starts to wonder whether Jacob has been exhibiting characteristics of a sociopath since his younger years. 

Neal tries to set bail at $500,000, but the lawyer shuts that down and Jacob is allowed to return home. 

Andy visits his friend and says that he needs her help, but she is not amused at him showing up at her home. 

The family realizes the prosecutors will start to use the past against them. 

Things get murky when Laurie is given time away from work.
