Lester starts having hallucinations in jail from his septic wound. He tells Mr. Wrench and Mr. Numbers that Lorne Malvo killed Sam Hess and that the police have his photo. They track down the police file and head to Duluth.

Molly makes a connection between Lester and the murders through phone records. Bill begins to believe her and lets her question Lester. They find him incapacitated and take him to the hospital. The doctor tells Molly the wound was from a shotgun pellet and she goes to Lester's home to investigate.

Stravos pays the blackmail and lets Lorne go.
