Madison awakens and is told by Shrike that she will be tested on.

Madison is shocked but more so when June strolls in and tells her she thought she was dead.

They chat about how things have changed and June reveals that Alicia survived for so long because of radiation -- or so she thinks.

It worked on Finch and she believes that she can have Madison bitten and then keep her alive.

Mo and Odessa show up because they think something's amiss on the train and the kids are being lied to.

They help June and Madison escape and as they're running, they find themselves caught by a resistance group -- led by Daniel.

He tells everyone to leave Madison alone because she's good at what she does and wouldn't have willingly kidnapped children.

They have a heart-to-heart and Daniel says that Padre said he was too old to be of use and he was dropped off in the swamp.

They underestimated him and he's ready to bite back at them with an army.

Shrike is desperate to take down Madison but we learn in flashbacks that her father died because her brother got lost and he went looking for him.

PADRE is her brother so they've been lying to everyone for so long and they're ready to be more open.

Madison gets Odessa the file on her mother which reveals that Madison killed her mom when she tried to get revenge for Madison "collecting" Odessa.

Daniel's group don't want anything to do with Madison, so she says the person who should lead is Morgan Jones, something that shocks many of the others.

Daniel reveals that he thinks Charlie, Luciana, and the others died.

Shrike and her brother have a plan to use the children to kill all the walkers at the docks.

Daniel: Seven years ago, Morgan told PADRE we were out there, and they found us and brought everyone to a ship to assess us before deciding where we were gonna be sent according to our skills and usefulness. Some people went to the mainland. Others went to the island. Others, I don't know where they went. PADRE thought that I was too old to be of any use, so they dumped me in the swamp.
Madison: Sorry, Daniel.
Daniel: Eh. He was right about one thing. I was old. But he wrong about everything else, because being old doesn't mean to be useless. I can take care of myself. So could everyone in the group. Except for Charlie.
Madison: What happened to Charlie?
Daniel: Morgan didn't mention it?
Madison: He didn't get a chance to tell me much before PADRE figured out what we were up to and separated us.
Daniel: She was very sick. She had become like a daughter to me by then. I said that I would stay with her till the end, so she wouldn't have to die alone, like Ofelia. And I broke my promise. I wasn't there for her. I wasn't there for Luciana, either.
Madison: I'm sorry it happened that way. I know Morgan would be too.
Daniel: I had no purpose. And then I found these folks, this angry, desperate group of people in search of their kidnapped children. It motivated me, gave me a reason to stick around. So I organized and trained them, turned them into an army. Strong, getting stronger, because there's more of them out there. I lost my family, Madison. But I'm gonna fight with everything I got to help these folks get back to theirs.
