The Professor commissions a statue to be made in honor of his first crew and the fact that they never came home. On the way home from picking it up the crew comes across a space whale that eats all of their essentials to get home.

After attempting to harpoon the space whale, the crew is eaten by it. They come across the original crew inside its bowels. Leela is able to merge with the space whale and pilots everyone home.
