The task force goes after the Russian mob expecting to find weapons when they uncover a human trafficking ring. Women are taken and prostituted to have babies.

Ryan takes the case personally when the women taken are from his mother's home town. After the task force arrests the Russian responsible, Javier asks Ryan to help get the man out of prison. Ryan refuses. He believes that man is too brutal to be let on the street even if it helps the family.

Ryan continues to take Jessica which complicates his situation.

Chapel works with an agent undercover at Daniel's bank. He wants the agent to push Daniel to bend the rules.

Javier makes a deal to sell fishscale and puts his family in danger with the hopes that a deal will get them out.

Carlos struggles with his paralysis. He beats up his therapist out of rage.
