Recap

Meredith wakes up to the sound of Amelia throwing a sledgehammer through the wall. Time has passed, and Meredith, Amelia, and Maggie are roommates back at Meredith's old house.

At the hospital, a candidate for chief arrives, and Bailey is competitive.

Two teenage girls arrive to the hospital after being hit by a train. The girls love each other, but one of the girls' parents wants to send her away because of it. Callie talks with her about her situation.

Arizona is looking for a roommate, but isn't having much luck.

Callie confronts the girl's parents about sending her away.

During surgery, Callie and Alex talk about bullying, and Maggie gets emotional about her own experiences.

The girl's mom is angry when the doctors call child protective services. She says insulting things, and Maggie punches her in the face.

Bailey is threatened but the other candidate for chief, but Ben helps to encourage her.

One person is finally interested in sharing an apartment with Arizona -- it's the new intern who pretending to be an attending before.

Bailey gives her presentation while performing surgery, and does an amazing job.

The girls' dads bond in the hospital. Both girls are saved, and the dads defend their choices.

Bailey gets chief.

April returns, and it seems she and Jackson are separated.

Owen brings Amelia home and kisses her. Maggie pulls her inside and makes her and Meredith talk to each other.

Meredith makes a peace offering by slamming the sledghammer through the wall.

The episode ends with Meredith teaching the anatomy class.
