They find that Russel, the man with the amnesia and memory issues and more got shot three times based on his scans.

Bailey talks to Addison about eveyrting that's going on.

Russel has lead posioning from the bullets left in him, and that's what has been causing many of his symptoms.

The whole case with Russel triggers OWen and has him thinking abou tgun violence in this country.

When the patient goes after Bailey and tries to attack her Blue Tackls him and saves her, and he gets kudos for it and a datewith someon new.

Lucas and Jules talk about her being averse to love. And he ends up asking her to be Simone's maid of honor.

They form a chain and have everyone calling some of Bailey's worst callers to talk to them and humanize Bailey to them so they don't get overboard adn violend.

Bailey realizes that Addison only came for  wellness check o Bailey and they get more material for thier work from Cristina.

Amelia is on a tear and lashing out at everyone so much that Addison eventually takes her aside, asks her if she's fallen off the wagon and telsl hr to get herself together and stop being so self absorbed and mean to everyone.

Winston approaches Teddy about being chief.

Helm returns tot he hopsital to go off on Teddy about looking after the interns better because she sees that Mika is burned out and not doing okay or healthy right now.
