As the pack deals with Nick and the after effects of being a zombie, it comes to light that one of the people he fought with in the bar fight is dead. Nick, now cured of being a zombie wants to turn himself in, but Rosalee, Juliette, and Renard have already come up with a story that keeps Nick out of it. Nick reluctantly keeps his mouth shut.
