As hikers are trying to get out of the rain they stumbled over a tent and as they went to duck inside they found a dead body. The body turns out to be that of a SEAL team member and Joe doesn’t think that he would have killed himself as it appears.

Max confirmed that the SEAL had not committed suicide and was murdered. Shortly afterwards another body of a SEAL team member turns up in a car accident that also turned out to be a cover up. 

Steve, Joe, Lori, and Danny work feverishly to try and figure out who would want to kill members of SEAL Team Nine. Chin Ho went to visit Kono who has slipped in with a bad crowd in the wake of her IA hearing and being kicked off the force. 

Joe and Steve visit a longtime friend Commander who helps train the SEALs and though he couldn’t say anything official, he gave them a clue that lead them to investigate a year old raid on a Columbia cartel. From there Lori was able to figure out who the hit man was and where he was living. 

After raiding his house and not finding him, Joe reports that one member of SEAL Team Nine was still unaccounted for, Lori saw that the assassin had recorded he was supposed to go skydiving that day. Drugged and thrown from the plan by the assassin, Steve power dives to catch the falling Navy SEAL and manages to catch him and save his life.
