Just as McGarrett finally gets his hands on his arch nemesis Wo Fat in Japan with a special ops raid, he’s blindsided when he finds that the Japanese Yakuza is hot on their trail and wants them both dead.
Meanwhile back in Hawaii Danny, Chin Ho, and Kono attempt to find out who killed a possible CIA operative who was working with Wo Fat.
