Three months ago, Kyle met with a government official. He agreed to collect intel on Alan Farragut and was placed in Peter's CDC team.

In the present, Kyle comes across a wounded, bloody Sarah and rushes out of the abbey carrying her and shouting for help.

At the medical facility, Sister Agnes assures Peter and Kyle that she will take good care of Sarah and tend to her wound.

Outside, Peter and Kyle argue about leaving St. Germaine. Peter insists they can not go anywhere until some type of containment is in place. Though he understands Peter's point, Kyle prefers to get off the island right away. They reach a compromise with Peter informing Brother Michael about the toxic honey, while Kyle destroys the infected hive.

Unfortunately, Peter overshares and tells Brother Michael all about Brother Gerome; aka Alan. Later that day, Alan is snatched from his room and thrown in a pit. Brother Michael questions Alan's motives and tells him he has much to work out with his brother. That's right, Peter is down there too.

Being confined to this tight space forces the brother's to reopen old wounds which leads to an all out brawl. When they calm down, the two agree to work together to get out of the pit.

Brother Michael questions Sisters Anne and Amy about the honey issue. Anne assures him they looked into it but makes the mistake of saying "sometimes nature finds a way." He was not pleased at all, and proceeds to drip poisonous sap in her mouth. Brother Michael tells her that he controls nature, not the other way around. The poison in the flower had been neutralized by him.

Thirty years in the future, Caleb treats Julia's wounds. The two discuss their fathers, and Jules admits she and Hatake had issues. It turns out, Caleb had issues of his own with his father; he never met the man.

When Julia falls asleep, Caleb makes off with Hatake's precious sword.

Next, we jump back to the present and rejoin Sister Agnes and Sarah in the medical wing. The old woman realized Sarah is not only immortal, but pregnant as well. Sister Agnes later confronts Brother Michael about this new immortal, but he tells her that's impossible she "wasn't there."

Brother Michael reassures Agnes she was always his favorite daughter, but then proceeds to snap her neck. Welcome to Michael's wall Agnes.
