Carrie attempts to get out of the hospital but the justice department puts a stop to that.  A group representing the Iranians get her out and want her to help them as a consultant.  She attempts to not go with them, but eventually accepts the job.  We then find out that was her and Saul’s plan the entire time.

Meanwhile, Dana and Leo escape and take off.
