How I Met Your Mother Season 2
When Barney overhears that Ted and Robin have a secret to reveal at the wedding reception, he begins to guess what it might be.
By the time their wedding day arrives, nothing turns out as Lily and Marshall have planned. Barney steps in to help save the day.
Barney is ecstatic about his upcoming appearance on "The Price is Right" because he thinks Bob Barket is his father.
Marshall has his bachelor party, which Barney ruins. Lily has a bridal shower and Robin buys Lily a vibrator as a gift.
When Ted plans to move in with Robin, Barney steals Ted's moving truck to stop him. Marshall and Lily have enjoyed having the apartment to themselves.
While waiting at the mechanic for his Fiero to be fixed, Marshall reminisces about adventures with his old car.
Lily's performance in an awful play draws criticism from Barney. Ted and Robin fight over what to do with leftover "stuff" from each other's previous relationship.
Ted has a shot to get his dream job but loses his chance and he and Robin miss the flight to Chicago for the interview.
The group was planning on watching the Superbowl when an unexpected funeral comes up. They agree to watch the game the following day and try their best to avoid finding out the results.
Ted is constantly being insulted by his former boss (guest star Bryan Craonston) who is now working under him on a project.
When Robin's younger sister comes to visit, she tries to talk her out of losing her virginity. The whole gang discusses their own first times.
Lily hears a message on the answering machine of Ted telling Marshall that Lily is a (censored as Grinch) when they were broken up.
When the rest of the group has coupled off and became boring, Barney invites his gay, black brother, James (guest star Wayne Brady) to help bring back the group's energy.
When Robin refuses to go to the mall and the gang is betting on reasons why not, Marshall and Barnery propose a "slap bet."
Lily and Marshall attempt to run off and elope in Atlantic City with just the gang. While there, Barney is forced to face his gambling problem.
Barney gets a new nickname from the group, Swarley. Marshall goes on his first post-Lily date, but Ted and Barney warn him that she has crazy eyes. Lily tries to break them up herself.
Barney seduces Marshall's cougar law professor to try and get him a better grade. Lily takes a job at Ted's office and tries to teach his jerk boss a lesson using her Kindergarten teacher experience.
Marshall tries to get used to being single. Barney's one night stand won't go away and Barney tries to use Lily to get out of his situation. Lily finds a place to stay.
After Ted and Robin's big fight, Barney tries to convince Ted that being an architecht is a great pick up line. Lily and Robin try to follow Ted's trail and discovered Ted Mosby: Architech left with a girl named Anna.
Ted's parents come to visit New York and Ted learns of their divorce they've been hiding. Robin worries that Ted's parents won't like her. Lily and Marshall try to be friends. It all happens at brunch.
Lily returns from her art school in San Francisco and claims she has the summer of her life, while in reality, she was miserable the whole time.
The gang tries to help Marshall get over Lily, especially when he checks her credit card receipts and finds she's staying in a hotel nearby in New York!
