Nate, Frank, and Bonnie discuss whether or not they should tell Annalise about Miller. 

Frank calls Eve and Annalise answers the phone, instructing him to come over with the file on Gabriel. Eve tells Annalise that she hacked Sam's email to save their marriage. 

Bonnie and Nate go over alibis and Nate tells her that Miller had a ring on him when he was killed. 

Gabriel goes to the Keating group and asks for more information about his father's death. 

Frank asks Oliver to look into Gabriel's mother, Vivian. They plan to blackmail Gabriel into staying quiet, which they achieve when they discover an ex-boyfriend of hers died from a drug overdose with drugs she provided. 

Nate and Bonnie tell Asher about Miller as a means to get him to cover for Nate with the police. 

Later, Nate beats up the guard who killed his father so he can explain his bruised knuckles and hands. 

Bonnie goes to a colleague and requests a recording of the phone call between Miller and the warden at the prison right before Nate Leahy, Sr was killed. 

The police call Gabriel and request a meeting as they discovered that he placed a call to Miller on the night of the wedding. 

Once the Keating group discovers Miller is missing, Asher spills and tells them it was Nate. 

Bonnie listens to the recording of Miller and the warden and hears him thank the warden and nothing else.
