Annalise files a motion with the court that would force the AUSA to disclose all the charges they have against her. Annalise wins the motion and deduces that Connor and Michaela turned on her.

Chloe visits Gabriel and accuses him of lying to the FBI. Gabriel then goes to the FBI and amends his statement for the first time, providing them the phone Asher borrowed from him that night.

Ophelia visits Nate and tells him to stop taking his anger about his father out on Annalise.

Annalise invites the kids over, and she warns them that if they turn on her she will have to turn on them. Later, she tells Frank and Bonnie that they can save themselves if they want to, but they agree to stick by her.

Flashbacks reveal that the night of Asher’s murder, he recorded a message for Connor and Michaela, but was interrupted by a knock at the door. The person is revealed to be a woman that works for the Castillo’s.

Gabriel was peering under his door and saw Asher’s murder, but only the side profile on the woman. He assumes the killer is Laurel and takes the information to Lanford.
