Recap

While trying to follow Charlie's driving directions on tape, Frank rear-ends Dennis's car, causing Dennis to spill the bowl of cereal he was eating all over his Land Rover's interior. Dennis threatens to take Frank to court for damages done, but Dee reminds them about their outstanding warrants and convinces them to hold a kangaroo court at Paddy's Pub.

With Dee acting as Dennis' legal rep and Charlie defending Frank, Mac self-appoints himself judge/bailiff. The mock trial regresses into a debate over evolution fueled by Mac's attack on science then ultimately takes to the streets to settle the dispute once and for all.

Of course, Dee's hopes of setting a precedence for recouping the costs incurred by her lineage of destroyed cars are dashed thanks to bowls of cereal.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia Season 8 Episode 10 Quotes

Charlie: Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished collies. My client, Frank here, isn't really on trial today, ya know. Common sense is on trial. And while common sense would tell you that eating a bowl of cereal while operating a car it's reckless, it's moronic, one might even call it, 'donkey-brained'.
Dennis: Donkey-brained?
Charlie: It means to have the brains of a donkey or a donkey-type creature.
Dennis: Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think I know what it means, guy.

Dee: Dennis, you don't want to go anywhere near a court. How many bench warrants for sexual misconduct do you have? Yeah, and Frank, how many unregistered guns do you have in your car right now?
Frank: A lot.
