After refusing to give blood to her brother, Evan, Liv is at odds with her family.

At a new crime scene, Clive shows Ravi and Liv the body of a surly old man who was crushed beneath a car. 

Blaine has been working in a funeral home to keep supplying brains to his zombie customers.

Clive attends Suzuki's memorial service, but he doesn't believe the story they're selling about his death. He suspects Major is involved, but Liv has given him an alibi. 

A nervous neighbor tells Clive and Liv that he saw a teenager and their victim fighting earlier that week, and it got violent. 

When Wendell's body gets claimed by a funeral home bearing one of Blaine's aliases, Liv goes to check it out. She tells Blaine that his cure might not be permanent, and it could possibly kill him. He agrees to help her try to find the uncut utopium to help her make a better cure.

In the basement of his morgue, we learn that Blaine already has the uncut drug.

Major has been working as a personal trainer, but it's a job that doesn't give him much joy. Liv calls him and tell him that Clive is digging around in the Meat Cute case.

Clive's teenager suspect turns out to be a dead lead.

At Max Rager, Vaughn Du Clark faces criticism from his board over the Max Rager side effects. His assistant assures him that they've found a way to get rid of the zombie problem for good.

Major gets a new client, whom he suspects is a zombie.

Liv gets a vision of Wendell threatening his neighbor's dog. Clive arrests him after he admits that he thought Wendell killed his missing dog. 

At Max Rager, Vaughn interviews Major for a position as a zombie killer because he can sense them when he meets them. He threatens to kill Liv unless he complies.

We meet Liv's new roommate, Gilda, who also happens to be Vaughn's assistant.
