On Jane the Virgin Season 2 Episode 12, you'll see Jane seriously consider having sex with Jonathan. However, when the moment comes for it to happen, Jane breaks down in tears realizing she doesn't really want to have sex with him. Later that night, Michael stops by to tell Jane that Rose is gone for good and asks if she stills loves him. Jane says yes. Michael knows Rose is gone because she's dead. After luring her to the hospital with the help of Luisa, Rose is mysteriously strangled, mostly like the victim of Mutter. Elsewhere in the episode, Xo breaks off her engagement with Rogelio after knowing for certain that she doesn't want anymore children. Rogelio apparently had a pen pal in prison who knows all of his secrets, and that person is due to be released. Jane throws Petra a baby shower and the two have an honest conversation about what they don't like about each other. This brings them closer together. Jane officially closes the door on Rafael so he can move on with his life. Alba confesses to Jane that she had slept with another man before marrying Jane's grandfather.

Jane: So, it's probably time that I told you.
Michael: What?
Jane: I'm a virgin.
Michael: Oh.
