Nicky Augustine sent men to Winona's to convince Raylan to bring them to Drew Thompson.  He killed all three of them.  Knowing that Nicky would come after Winona and their unborn child, Raylan sought out Nicky.  Boyd brings him there, but instead of killing Nicky, Raylan lets Sammy Tonin do it.

Boyd and Ava attempt to get rid of Delroy's body to protect themselves.  The cops find it first and bring it to the morgue for safe keeping.  Boyd makes a deal to switch the body out for another before the medical examiner comes to find out who it actually belongs to.  When Ava is out getting rid of Delroy's body, Mooney finds her, goes back on the deal with Boyd, and brings Ava to jail.
