David fights to get his brother’s treason case heard before the King.

When people from David’s town hear their land is being given up, they end up taking Michelle prisoner.

It’s the first night of the Ballet, but David ends up going out for a night on the town with Jack instead.

Gath and Gliboa are set to sign a peace treat when they suddenly back out; Silas attempts to have David killed; William tries to ruin Gilboa financially by pulling out his money.

As the war between Giboa and Gath rages, a lone soldier, David, rescues two hostages from behind enemy lines. When one of the hostages turns out to be the King’s son, David sets in motion the events that lead to peace.
