Another blast from the past this week on Law and Order: LA.  The original cast has to solve a double murder involving a couple, a politically active church, and a political strategy firm.

At first appearance Derek Joyner murdered his girlfriend Kim Lee and tried to skip town.  This scenario was a farce as Joyner’s body was concealed in the crawlspace of the home.

The real situation was that Joyner discovered fraudulent signatures on the church sponsored anti-gay marriage proposition.

Roland Davison, son of the church’s reverend, and the head of the political firm, Mr. Corrigan, came together to murder the couple in order to conceal Derek’s discovery.
