Stabler is in church with his kids while the priest talks about leaving vengeance to G-d. Stabler and his son both look ready to kill someone. All rise for the benediction. Stabler crosses himself and is eager to get out of there.

A woman puts out champagne for Angela. She gets a knock on her door. It's Stabler. He orders her arrested and reads her her rights.

Stabler gets out of his car on a bridge. He meets Izak there. Izak has news about Wheatley's activities.

Wheatley talks to some dealers who do all their business online. He tells them they have a small window to make billions on COVID vaccine.

Angela wants to talk to Stabler. He's not interested in his wife's murderer. Anyway, they have a new Russian mobster to look into that Wheatley wants to use to illegally sell COVID vaccine. They want to catch Wheatley in the act of this deal so that he can't slither away. Jet is to make a listening device for this occasion and a cop will take the place of the buyer.

Bell goes to see Angela. She says they can mess with the GPS so Richard won't know she's been arrested. No blankets allowed even though it's cold. Bell has read all about Wheatley's academic prowess. Wheatley says if you ever have a son you will learn you do what you have to to keep him safe.

Later, Angela says she was insane with grief and rage. Richard told her that it was a targeted hit on Stabler, one of those officers who guns down young Black men with impunity. She didn't want Stabler to die. She wanted him to suffer like she was suffering. She says these were words, she didn't mean for anyone to die. Stabler says someone did die, someone who never hurt a soul in her life. He asks her if she remembers when they met. He was going to find her son's killer and she thought it was him. How ironic. He tells her that Raffiq worked for Richard. She doesn't want to know this. Stabler goes on that Raffiq made knock-off of Purple Magic so Richard killed him.

Stabler and Bell talk about the operation. Bell asks him to check on Angela. However, Denise is here. Their nephew has permanent nerve damage and will not be able to play his guitar anymore and will lose his scholarship. They need her support, including her unborn baby. Stabler shows up and says he's sorry about what happened to her nephew. Denise says it didn't just happen to him.

Ellsworth Lee comes to see Angela and says they went through everything together but he had no idea Richard was Sinatra's son. Anyway, she refuses to leave unless she talks to Elliot first. Ellsworth asks if that is why she wants to cooperate.

Stabler and Bell aren't interested in a deal. Ellsworth wants to do a queen for the day thing where the cops listen to what Angela has to say and then decide if they want a deal. Ellsworth warns the cops they could violate 5th amendment rights if they screw Angela over. She says that they have to appeal to Richard's ego if they want to get him. She wants to help them put Richard away.

Dana tells some security guys to search for a bug but leave it there so the cops won't know they found it.

Stabler and Bell have to go get their guy, who is in a bath house right now. A masseuse throws stuff at them, leading to a fight. Stabler chokes the perp to make him pass out and arrests him.

Stabler and Bell need their boss to sign off on this. They need a private jet for their high rolling CI.

The CI talks in Italian to a suspect about their "Mutual friend" Stabler

Joey tells Wheatley their guy got arrested but he has another guy who is even better. (The CI).  Richard is not interested. Joey gives him an ulnoid from the CI.

Jet says she didn't have to do much to pad the CI's resume as he was a mobster for 30 years. She is sure Wheatley will not suspect her deep fake.

Izak doesn't know anything about geometry. But the Italian did his homework. Richard says this gift shows that Jean-Lucas is worth his time and trust. Seems like Richard is taking the bet.

Stabler gets a call from a blocked number. Wheatley wants to buy him coffee.

Stabler meets Wheatley who has ordered coffee for him. He says Angela was angry at him and refusing to talk to him. Stabler and Benson trade barbs. Wheatley claims to care for Angela. He also claims Raffiq was killed in a police raid. Also he says they are using Angie to get to him. He doesn't want her to be a casualty in their dispute. Stabler says like my wife? Wheatley says just don't trust Angela because she's in love with me. Stabler says why didn't you kill me? Wheatley says then we wouldn't be enjoying coffee together. Stabler says Richard gets rid of people who get in his way. Stabler has a picture of Kathy and says she will be the end of Wheatley.

Stabler makes the arrangements for his CI to be flown in on a private jet. Angela passes by and they admit she was helpful.

Dana tries to talk to Wheatley while Richie and Gina practice shooting. Richie helps her, in a scene reminiscent of on Torchwood when Captain Jack taught Gwen to shoot. They kiss.

Dana has footage of Gina placing the bug. Wheatley says not to tell anyone else.  He watches Richie and Gina kissing. He and Dana ask Richie to come talk to them and leave Gina alone.

Wheatley tells Richie that he brought a rat into their house and that Gina is a cop. Richie doesn't believe them.  Dana shows him the video. Wheatley wants Richie to take Gina for a romantic weekend and kill her. Richie doesn't want to but relents when Wheatley threatens to have Dana do it. Izak will set Richie up with a clean weapon and he will need to disable Gina's phone.

Bell and Stabler brief a bunch of uniforms about the sting. Bell wants them to use restraint and take Wheatley alive. Captain Chambliss wants to go in heavy and hard. Bell disagrees. They take five and Stabler thinks Chambliss has it in for Bell but she doesn't want to request a different squad.

Gina wants to go to a lighthouse with Richie. She asks if he's okay. He promises to teach her to surf.

Stabler says to Kathy's photo that he's sorry. He goes to Angela and tells her about his coffee date with Wheatley. He's not sure what he wants. She says Wheatley is lying about that. Stabler isn't sure if she's lying too.

Richie holds Gina at gunpoint. She insists she fell for him for real. Richie says you should have known there was video surveillance. She fights him off and gets the gun but Izak shows up. He tells Richie to go back to the car. Gina claims not to have meant to make a fool out of Richie. Richie shoots her twice at close range. Izak is impressed and sends him away.

Jean-Luc arrives and Stabler picks him up.
