Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 7 revolves around the cops' attempt to close in on the Kosta Organization.

When Reggie is arrested, he initially refuses to talk. He's especially angry when Stabler approaches him, convinced that "Eddie" betrayed him, Stabler tells him he still has his back and that the KO wants to sell Reggie out. Reggie doesn't believe him until Stabler gets a recording of a meeting in which Albi tells him to murder Reggie.

Meanwhile, the cops bring Agnes in to try to get Reggie to turn on the Kostas. Agnes, however, has a plan of her own and while the ADA is out of the room convinces a transcriptionist to betray the cops and Reggie to Kosta. Kosta thanks the woman for her service, pays her, and then kills her.

Reggie testifies and the cops plan to also put Ross on the stand at the grand jury hearing, but the Kosta Organization gets to him and he is found dead in his cell.

The grand jury indicts Kosta, Albi, and other members of the organization despite Ross' death. However, Kosta and Albi disappear. Jett tracks them to a warehouse, but there's a nasty surprise in store for the cops.
