Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 3 Episode 10 revolves around a street racing gang.

When Stabler's informant is arrested after running a cop car off the road on purpose, he begs Stabler to help him. The gang he was working for has kidnapped his wife to ensure he stays silent.

The cops' investigation leads to a gang member who has a trap in his car that was built by a professional who works with street racers. Whalen used to race cars so he is tapped to go undercover. But there is a complication: as he starts the race, the cops show up and Whalen punches a detective during the arrest.

Bell manages to get Whalen released. He has gotten the number of a gang member who is looking for a new driver, as Stabler arrested his old driver. Whalen arranges a meet with the suspicious gang member.

The gang tests Whalen out while Reyes follows, but the gang insists he loses Reyes.

Meanwhile, Bell encourages Stabler to go to a psychiatrist for a second session after he is cleared to return to duty after a shooting.
