A woman named Zoe is at a high-powered Wall Street executive's party. The executive, Eli, keeps trying to get her to drink wine and she keeps saying no. Obviously this is a precursor of things to come.

Sure enough, as Carisi is teasing Fin about waiting for his sergeant exam results, Zoe shows up at the squad room and tells Benson she was raped. She sees a picture of Eli on the newspaper in Benson's office and identifies him as the rapist. She also tells Benson that her boss, Roger, told her to forget about it.

The team investigates but doesn't get very far. Benson instructs them to search for Eli's enemies as his friends all protect him in order to keep earning large incomes.

They find another woman, Kate, who was raped by Eli under similar circumstances, but Kate has signed a non-disclosure agreement and doesn't want to break it. 

Eli and his attorney provide Benson with an email, allegedly from Zoe, stating she enjoyed the night with Eli. The email was sent from her computer. Later, photos of Zoe in suggestive clothing show up and Benson realizes that Eli is trying to intimidate Zoe.

Zoe is not in the mood for being intimidated and wants to go ahead with the case. She remembers a flash of light during the rape and thinks it was a PTSD reaction.

The cops get a search warrant for Eli's luxury townhouse. They find a revolving door upstairs that casts light onto the wall. Looking at security footage, they see a man come up in the elevator and then down a few minutes later. 

The man is identified and Carisi pretends to be a friend of Eli's. Like most of the criminals on SVU, the suspect is an idiot and lets Carisi in despite a dubious cover story and immediately tries to sell him a lot of cocaine. He is arrested and tells SVU that he saw the rape, but Barba says his testimony is worthless because he's a coke dealer.

Rollins questions Zoe's boss, Roger, but he insists the rapes are Eli's business, not his. Benson talks to someone high up in the company and convinces him to be on the right side when the story breaks by telling them the truth. He admits that Roger is covering up the rapes. 

Eli is arrested but Zoe suddenly doesn't want to testify. She was offered a lucrative position if she keeps her mouth shut. Benson can't talk her into testifying but when Kate walks in and tells a similar story, Zoe is convinced.

Zoe testifies against Eli and says she's doing it so she doesn't lose any more of her dignity to him.
