Benson had to skip Sunday waflles with Noah as a tourist has been raped in a hotel room and McGrath called her at 5 AM.

Benson talks to the tourist, who was staying with her mom but in different rooms. She found the rapist in the room when she came in at 3 AM. She gives a generic description of the perp and says he knew her name. He took a selfie of the rape. The mother freaks out hearing this. Benson explains to the victim what the next steps will be.

A woman is jogging with her dog in the woods. He escapes the leash and starts barking. The woman goes to check it out and there's a man underground. Churlish and Muncy turn up and the guy can barely talk but he says his name is Mark Reed. The uniform says that he told the jogger "I"ll be good" and had wire tied around his nuts. Muncy picks up a wrapper and recalls the girls in the Olsen house saying good girls get good things and bad girls get bad things.

The hotel clerk explains she thought the perp was the victim's boyfriend as he knew her name and room number and asked for a key. Velasco informs her she likely doesn't have a career in hospitality.

A doctor tells Churlish and Muncy the man died.

Muncy calls Bensn to see what to do. She thinks Elias Olsen did it. Benson tells her she has to let this go. This is a different MO and this perp was not a girl. Benson says to get an autopsy and make sure this time she keeps her radio where it belongs.

Meanwhile, there has been a second similar rape. He asked to come into a tea shop as it was opening and then raped the clerk. She IDs the same guy from security footage. She says he knew her name and took a selfie. A customer named Billy Vitali has been bothering her but the cops said they couldn't do anything. Howecer, Billy was looking in the window, watching.

The cops question Billy who claims not to know anything about this and says he only looked in  the window to see if they were open but saw nothing.

Fin and Velasco discuss this. Fin says men are like this. He doesn't know why.

Carisi goes to badger Benson about the recent cases. Fin and Velasco have learned of other cases in the five boroughs. They are going to check them out.

The ME says the man died of malnutrition. He also has found a gross looking tangle of licorice strings in the man's stomach. He was fed nothing but candy for the past mnth.

The wife arrives. She says on her daughter's baptism, he went to buy canolis and never returned. She told the other cops all this. Mark was a family man and had no enemies.. She leaves upset. Muncy is angry that this happened and has a bunch of flashbacks about Elas. She is sure it is Elias.

Benson and Carisi head to Staten Island. Benson notices in the report that this victim had just broken up with her fiance just like the victim in the first case.  Carisi tells Benson that Rollins is pregnant. He wasn't supposed to tell Benson. She's so happy for him.

Darlene tells the cops she was showing a house and a stranger claimed to want to see an open house and then raped her. She says that she left her fiance at the altar and he has been supportive ever since he heard about the rape.

Benson and Carisi go to check out the fiance.

Meanwhile the guy at the bakery recognizes a photo of Elias and says Mark was with him.

THe fiance claims not to know anything.  He says maybe Darlene flirted with the guy and claims he has nothing to feel guilty about. Carisi and Benson suspect that he paid someone to rape his ex.

Muncy wants a tech to check whether the welding on the Singh's restaurant door matches the cage Mark was found in. She says it's probable cause because Elias welded it.

The next victim has the same pattern except no ex or stalker in her life. The woman sends her young charge away and says she has nothing much to say. She says she was watching the kids and the rapist knocked on the door. He took her ID to check if it was with her and that he took a selfie. She says she's single after a man named Derek came onto her at her previous job. Also DNA was found and it belonged to a convict who is in jail.

Fin andd Velasco go to see Derek. He says he only called Maria to apologize and he had nothing to do with the rape. He'll take a lie detector test and give a DNA sample.

Benson and Carisi go to talk to a psychiatrist who was raped. She recently filed for divorce after 25 yers. Her soon to be ex opens the door to them. The woman says Harvey was there for her after her attack and they're back together now. . Carisi talks to Harvey while Benson talks to Rose. Harvey offers Carisi receipts. He's never leaving Rosie again.

Carisi can't stop thinking about this case. He can't find a connection between the cases. Benson says there's no evidence that Harvey Bergman hired someone to rape Rose.  However, Benson says everyone is capable of doing the unthinkable. Carisi admits to Benson he's nervuos about having kids of his own rather than being a stepfather to older children. Benson reassures him.

Churlish has decided to call Muncy Cagney as they go to a church to check out the welding. A woman tells them the welder is living in the basement as he needed a place to stay.

The basement appears deserted,  though the cops find the victim's wallet. There are cartoons playing in another room. Churlish hears a noise and they find Elias walking in. He says hey I know you, you hit me. He says Muncy is bad and grabs a tool to hit her with. Muncy says she was wrong before but she's not here to hurt you. She says she wants to help him and convinces him to put the hammer down. She needs two pairs of cuffs to restrain his large wrists.

Mean.while, Benson and Carisi brief the others. The only connection is someone broke up with each of the victims. Muncy and Churlish show up with Elias.

Elias only wants to talk to Muncy. Velasco and Fin yell at him. He says the man in the bakery was mean and didn't say he was sorry after he walked into him. He wants Muncy.

Carisi says Elias is going away for life. Churlish finds out the DNA on Maria's case matches two cases Stabler is working for OC. Elias breaks the glass and tries to choke Muncy. After she is rescued she says she feels bad for Elias. Fin says she has to deal with her bad childhood and her anger.

Benson meets Stabler. They're all formal lwith each other but he asks how she and N oah are. Benson says the last time they saw each other was a b time for them. They look like they want to kiss. Stabler also looks at the photo of the rapist and says he's in Greenhaven but gets out on furlough and rapes people. There are also other rapes he had nothing to do with and that's why Benson called Stabler.
