Recap

Rollins gives a lecture about preventing crime.

We see a guy at a big corporation sexually harassing a female worker while Rollins talks about how there is no limit to what predators will do. The man tries to get another woman to come to a party with him.

Rollins says sexual compulsions start out small -- how do we prevent them?

Later Rollins and Carisi kiss and she hopes she didn't kiss him too hard.

The woman from before doesn't think this is a work party. Spencer tells her to go get a drink. She sets up her computer and is given a drink she didn't order from a guy in a crow mask. She drinks it and immediately is out of it. She wakes up on Spencer's couch and doesn't know what happened. He is scrubbing his hands as she sneaks out. She wanders down the street and a homeless guy asks if she's okay. She starts to gag on something then collapses.

Rollins and Fin are called into the hospital to talk to the victim. She had date rape drugs in her system and gagged on a thong.

Maggie claims she doesn't need any cops. She doesn't remember anything. She says she has no sexual function following cervical cancer and doesn't want to talk when her boss is on the way.

The homeless guy tells Fin he found the woman on W 10th being chased by a giant crow.

Maggie says she has a lot of work to do.  Spencer comes and says he was trying to find her last night. He thought she went home. She whispers to Rollins that she wasn't raped and wants Rollins to leave.

Spencer asks Rollins what is going on. She says Maggie is in denial and asks him about the party.

The cops check out the party address and it appears to be an unoccupied building.

Muncy gets video footage and the cops see a man in a crow mask following Maggie.

Benson and Muncy question Maggie who remembers the party was more sexual than she was comfortable with. She recalls crow guy sent her a drink when she sees his photo. She recalls he said she had a neck like a painting. She doesn't remember the underwear in her throat. Rollins encourages her to do a rape kit.

Spencer is shocked that Maggie was assaulted. He says he would be dead in the water without her and insists it was a business party.

Some security guard wants to see ID from the officers. The woman who is buying the company says she has a morality clause in her contract and wants to know if Spencer is in trouble, then gives the cops a card in case she can be of help.

The DNA doesn't match Spencer's. Maggie says she can't have sex. Benson and Rollins tell her she was assaulted and that it's normal to be in denial.  Maggie wants to know what happened during the missing eight hours. They are going to try to catch the guy at another party.

The cops stake out the party and don't see a guy with a mask. Fin decides to go in in case the guy is in there.

The cops bust up the party. No one seems to know anything and a guy is surprised the crow guy assaulted anyone. The place is full of security cameras - - could be a blackmail operation. Maggie's assault might have been recorded too.

Lena Hess is spending billions to buy Spencer's company. She also owns the brownstone where Maggie was assaulted. The cops go to question her. Lena says she's selling it and a townhouse where there was also a party. There is a breach of trust somewhere along the line. She says she's been the victim of blackmail before. She says this is a huge liability and she needs the footage. Benson says it's a police matter now. She says if Lena is involved she will arrest her.

Carisi says that they have to tread carefully because Lena operates with a different justice system. Maggie shows up and Benson has to get rid of her. Fin says they found the footage of the assault. Spencer is in the video too.

Spencer is brought in and warned he needs to come clean. They want the identity of the crow guy.  Spencer tells them the crow guy is a drummer. He is finally arrested.

Benson calls Maggie in. Maggie is worried about the video. Anyway Benson wants her to make a voice ID. She does.

The defense now claims that this is a fishing expedition and that it was consensual. Carisi doesn't buy it. Schmidt says he strangled his sister's pet bird when he was a kid and he's relieved to finally get caught. He wants help. He says the parties are being thrown by a donor to the orchestra. He finally says it was Lena Hess who threw these parties, so he could do what he wanted to do. Carisi is not making any deals. Rollins asks Schmidt what is so pleasurable about choking a woman until she's dead. He says the vibration.

The cops come to see Lena and search her office.Lena tells Benson she did this because if there were no men there woujld be no war, rape, or other serious problems. Benson says she feels sorry for her but she's raising a son. Lena says Benson isn't married. She thinks it's better Maggie gets raped in her brownstone than on the street. Lena is arrested and the cops find a bunch of tapes.

Benson tells Rollins she thinks Lena was victimized in the past. She thinks Lena has a point that most of the perps are men. Benson is glad that Rollins is in a better place now.

Lena is arraigned and is granted ROR and an ankle monitor. Carisi whispers to the cops that she might have something on the judge.

Maggie doesn't care about money anymore and never wants to go back to the office. Ethan made a deal so Maggie doesn't have to testify. Benson asks her what she wants to do with her life. Maggie wants to have surgery to remove her scar tissue. Benson hopes Maggie will come back and let her give her some resources. Maggie only wants to see the footage of her attack. FIn interrupts. There's a problem. Lena has removed her ankle monitor and she is gone. She left a phone number. She tells Benson that she's leaving the country and Benson can use her footage to ruin people's lives. Benson tells Fin it was a wrong number.
