Law & Order: SVU Season 20 Episode 9 revolves around a woman accusing Stone of having raped her 12 years ago.

After successfully getting an accused rapist held in jail without bail, Stone plans to go home, but a woman comes up to him and offers him a drink, saying she was a big fan of him when he was a ball player. Stone accepts and goes to a bar where he gets wasted. Another woman slaps him in the face and says he raped her 12 years ago.

Stone wakes up in Fin's apartment and remembers nothing of the night before. He tells Fin about the trouble he's in. Fin hopes he's telling the truth. At first, Stone wants to keep this whole thing to himself, but he has a hard time with the case he's prosecuting because it's similar to what he is accused of. He ends up telling Benson, who says she has to open an investigation.

Sarah doesn't really want to talk to the cops about what happened, but Benson insists, and Sarah's husband comes home and insists on pressing charges. Sarah's story is credible, but is Stone guilty?

Benson has to arrest Stone, and soon after Gary makes a desperate move to get revenge for his wife's sake.
