Law & Order: SVU Season 21 Episode 10 wraps up the story of a billionaire who appears to be above the law.

When a desperate Frank Bouchi holds Rollins and her therapist hostage, Rollins struggles to reason with him but he won' listen to her and eventually takes her away with him, demanding that Getz's arrest be broadcast on TV before he lets her go. The cops start looking for her, but Bouchi continually is one step ahead and throws them off the trail while he takes Rollins to a motel upstate.

Carisi is determined to find Rollins and he gets into it with Kat, who initially thinks Rollins is in on this plan to get Getz. Meanwhile, the detectives find out that Getz, Judge Ellory, and Getz's lawyer are all working together to cover up sex trafficking and child rape.

Rollins holds her own, trying several times to get through to Bouchi. When Getz is finally arrested, Bouchi lets Rollins go and says he's sorry, but she takes his gun and arrests him herself so that neither one of them will get shot.

Rollins brings Bouchi in and refuses medical care so she can see her girls. Meanwhile, Kat is not happy with the outcome of the case.
