Law & Order: SVU Season 21 Episode 8 revolves around a potential cult that is drugging and raping young girls.

A girl named Meghan gets lost on the street and is befriended by a young woman, who takes her to some sort of group home. Meghan is out of it and has scary hallucinations while tied to a bed.

Later, she is found in the park and rambles about machine men and elves. At the hospital, she is found to have high levels of DMT and ketamine in her system. The doctor tells Benson that another victim is in Bellevue with the same tox screen.

The cops' investigation leads them to Julius Adler, a psychiatrist who claims not to have seen the girls. Rollins studied with him in Atlanta and is sure he is innocent. She goes to his class and gets herself invited to an open house, where he tries to get her to take drugs before the rest of SVU raids the house. Rollins claims not to have taken the drugs, but suffers hallucinations anyway.

Adler's daughter is loyal to him and the victims' testimony is tainted by their hallucinations. But there may be one way to break the case: Adler claimed his wife died 15 years ago, but there's evidence she's still alive.
