After Tamsin moves out of their apartment, Bo and the rest of the gang (minus Vex) receive invites from the ancients to a party. They go, although Lauren worries it's a trap. At the party, Bo tells Lauren she wants to be with her but Lauren doesn't have time to answer.

After drinking a coquetel, Trick and Bo have a vision of the world disintigrating to nothing. Zeus tells them the answer is to emancipate Bo from Hades with a ritual. While the ritual begins, Tamsin and Lauren realize that Iris is the most powerful of the ancients. She is alone with Mark. The gang stops the ritual and heads out to find them

Iris takes Mark to the home of the girl whose body she is inhabiting. When she tries to reunite with her father, things go badly and she ends up killing him. Once Iris removes the bracelet she is made to wear by Zeus and Hera, she feels funny and runs off. The girl's mother emerges and stabs Mark.

Before splitting up to find Iris and Mark, Lauren gives Bo a positive answer to her question. Bo finds Iris, but when she touches her, her hand begins to blacken like in her vision.

Zeus and Tamsin talk on the balcony where Zeus killed Cassie. She strikes Tamsin down with lightening.

Trick tells Bo that a music box is the key. Bo has had the music box the whole time. Zeus tries to steal is, but Bo overpowers her. A vision of Hades leads Bo to begin to open the music box, and as the room darkens, Zeus looks worried.
