Elizabeth has been working for six month to get India and China on board with a global climate change treaty, but all that work is shot to hell when the Dalai Lama names his successor before his death -- and it's a two year old American boy. His announcement sets off a chain of events, and China and India threaten to back out of the climate deal. Elizabeth scrambles to patch up the deal. 

Abby gives Jay papers asking for full physical custody of Chloe, and they start to fight viciously about the matter. Nadine intervenes with Jay and points out that Chloe is the one who will pay the price, and he then agrees to Abby's demands.

Henry's gets Ian a new camera and figures out a way to comply with the DOJ's demands to release the body of the miltia man Ian killed without raising the suspicions of the militia.
